This is the team that handles the day-to-day running of the Movement – most are seconded from our employer members, bringing in bright minds from a range of industries committed to putting their skills to tackling youth unemployment.

A collective of senior leaders from public, private and the third sector, brought together by a desire to create systemic change and level the playing field for young people.
Our founder
Movement to Work was founded in 2013 by Marc Bolland, then CEO of Marks & Spencer, to help tackle youth unemployment through business-led action. What began as a bold idea is now a thriving national movement creating life-changing opportunities for young people.
